The dates shown above are everything we have at Monterey. We do not have, and cannot obtain, any other dates. We will not split or rent partial weeks, we are unable to adjust check-in or check-out dates, and we offer no credit or discounts for unused or overlapping nights.
The $1699 total weekly rate includes the $1442 weekly rate for the condo vacation rental, plus the $157 hotel resort guest transient occupancy tax, plus the $100 housekeeping/cleaning fee.
We understand that our rate may seem “high” to you, but please understand, this is a Monterey, California-area resort, and it is co-located with the luxurious Sanctuary Beach Resort. If you have checked other lodging in the area, you surely have found everything is expensive there.
We offer a great vacation value, and we invite you to compare. For $1699 at Worldmark Monterey Marina Dunes, you’ll enjoy a two bedroom condominium that sleeps 6 people (in 4 beds), includes a large living space, a full kitchen, a washer-dryer, and a deck/patio with BBQ.
For $2438 at the Sanctuary Beach Resort (rate checked August 2016), you’ll get a “partial ocean view junior suite” hotel room, with no kitchen, sleeping 4 people (in 2 beds). Oh, I almost forgot to mention — “no kitchen” means you will have to “eat out”, so plan on spending $50 per person for steak dinners at the resort’s Kula Ranch restaurant.
If you compare these two options, the value of our two bedroom condo, which includes use of Sanctuary Beach Resort amenities, should be clear.
We have made renting a week fast, easy, and most importantly, safe! You won’t be reading the numbers off your credit card to some stranger on the phone (who knows where those might end up?).
Instead, your payment is handled discretely and securely by PayPal. If you are already a PayPal member, you are familiar with the benefits of using PayPal to buy on the Internet. If you don’t have a PayPal account, that’s alright, you don’t need one! PayPal’s secure system allows you to use any major credit card to make your payment. There is no cost to you for using PayPal, and by using a credit card, your purchase is protected and your peace of mind assured.
Worldmark Resort Marina Dunes Monterey Overview
Sure, San Francisco has the Victorian architecture and the cable cars, but Monterey Bay is the purist’s California. Henry Miller once said of the area, “This is the California men dreamed of years ago … The face of the earth as the Creator intended it to look.” And so it is. Monterey Bay has inspired artists from John Steinbeck to Ansel Adams.
